Design Standard JB/T7255 Operating parameters： Exhaust volume:8000m³/h Discharge pressure:0.5MPa（G） Produce features： ʌSingle stage and single acting, axial inhale and exhaust, simple structure, easy to maintain; ʌSignificant energy-saving effect, it can reduces the operating costs of equipment; ʌPacking seal or mechanical seal can satisfy different needs of the seal; ʌThe rotating part of the compressor runs in non-contact pattern in the working chamber, axial and radial loads are borne by different bearings, operate steadily, safe and reliable; ʌThere is an observation port on the side cover, it is used to check the corrosion and scaling condition of the compressor, and it is easy to maintain; ʌThe working process is closed to isothermal compression process, it is suitable for the compression and transport of flammable and explosive gas, vapour and non-particulate dust is allowed in the delivered gas. ʌThe flow component of the compressor is manufactured by corrosion-resistant materials, it is used to exhaust and compress corrosive gas or make the corrosive liquid as the working fluid, adopting the ordinary material which is foiled by polymer wear-resisting and corrosion resistance protective layer can reduce the purchase cost of the equipment. |
